What’s your role and how long have you been at Innovative?
Marketing Consultant, in my fourth year.
What’s your favorite memory from Innovative?
My favorite memory so far has been going to conferences and expos and representing Innovative Publishing. We have a top-notch team at innovative, publish spectacular publications and have great partnerships we collaborate with. It’s been special to meet and greet and represent the team.
What’s the most challenging part of your job?
Most people might see this question as “challenging” means a negative, as in what’s been negative. I see the word “challenging” as a positive and as an opportunity. I enjoy the challenge in my role of helping find solutions to meet and exceed the needs of our partnerships and B2B connections.
When you’re not working, what can you be found doing?
Driving my Corvette, playing guitar, playing basketball, spending time with my wife and kids, karaoke, swimming.
What movie, television or book character represents you the best?
While I would like to say Maverick from Top Gun, my wife says Doug Heffernan from King of Queens. Yes, people say my wife is like Carry Heffernan.
What’s a song you currently have on repeat?
I love music. That’s a hard one to answer. My recent playlist I made has a mix of Chris Stapleton, Kacey Musgraves and Charley Crockett. My absolute favorite playlist is “Best of Journey.” My favorite songs on repeat would be, Journey: “Separate Ways” or Pearl Jam: “Yellow Ledbetter.”
What are some of your favorites (show, movie, book, musical artist, game, etc.)?
Musical: Phantom of the Opera. I’ve seen it on Broadway. I like to sing “Music of the Night” for karaoke. My favorite show is Seinfeld. Favorite movies: Top Gun, Maverick; Mission Impossible; Fast and Furious; Sleepless in Seattle; You’ve Got Mail; Back to the Future. Favorite artist is Van Gough, “Starry Night.” My favorite game is basketball. We like to play Clue, Euchre and Kings in the Corner as a family.
“Clint Eastwood, as he likes to call himself — loves to shoot the breeze. With a smile and a ‘Cup of Joe,’ he helps clients all day find the best fit for their needs. He loves to help companies stand out in their industry and cultivate new opportunities.”
