What’s your role and how long have you been at Innovative?
I’m with Ad Support, and I’ve been with Innovative for a little over five months!
What’s your favorite memory from Innovative?
One of my favorite memories was an Ad Support team meeting where we all ended up laughing so hard that I kept laughing for another 20 minutes afterward. I can’t remember what started it, but I remember leaving the meeting thinking, “I’m really going to enjoy working here.”
What’s the most challenging part of your job?
Keeping track of where everything is in the process and remembering the little details. Since things are always moving, it keeps me on my toes, but I enjoy staying organized and making sure everything comes together.
When you’re not working, what can you be found doing?
I’m usually crocheting, relaxing at the beach, playing video games or spending time with my wife and pets.
What movie, television or book character represents you the best?
I’d probably say Bob Belcher from Bob’s Burgers. He’s hardworking, cares about the people around him, stays calm under pressure (most of the time!) and always tries to do his best, even when things get chaotic.
What’s a song you currently have on repeat?
Currently, I have “Blue Rondo à la Turk” by the Dave Brubeck Quartet on repeat on my record player. I’ve always loved how groovy this piece is, and it’s one of my go-to records to put on when I’m cooking.
What are some of your favorites (show, movie, book, musical artist, game, etc.)?
- TV Shows: Hunter × Hunter, Schitt’s Creek, Modern Family, Ozark
- Movies: The Harry Potter series, Soul, the Despicable Me/Minions series

- Games: Life Is Strange, The Sims 4, Grocery Store Simulator
